Currently, our community suffers from a wide variety of chronic diseases and pain. It is estimated that close to 40% of adults in our community are obese. This number carries over to our adolescent group, with close to 22% considered overweight. Musculoskeletal injuries, such as lower back and knee pain, are becoming more common and causing time to be spent more at home and less time at work and enjoying the activities our community members enjoy most.

The American Board of Preventive Medicine states that preventive wellness and health care focuses on protecting, promoting, and maintaining health and well being and to prevent disease, disability, and death. Here at Achieve Wellness, we focus on providing an integrative care solution to manage and ultimately prevent chronic diseases and pain. Our objective is to provide knowledge, skills and motivation for our members to help create healthy habits for long, sustained health and wellness.

Your first stage of the wellness journey begins with an assessment. Assessments are very important as they allow us time to learn about your wants and needs. It is important that we collect as much data, which includes medical history, health risks, movement quality, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and goals.
